GUIDELINES / HEALTH COMPLIANCE / RULES


DenversDom is excited to present the fifth installment of The Amplitude 500 on Saturday, September 19th! This festival-size concert experience will be Amplitude’s 6th socially distanced event and features live performances by Adventure Club, Blunts & Blondes, Mersiv, & Bawldy! This event follows social distancing guidelines and each car will be parked in a 20-foot by 20-foot space. The event producers want you to have a safe and spectacular experience! 

 

We are following all CDC guidelines and Colorado specific guidelines. Guests are required to remain in their vehicles’ or in their vehicles’ space AT ALL TIMES with the exception of using the restroom or picking up concessions. All concert staff will be wearing face coverings and tickets can ONLY be purchased online to ensure contactless payment. There are no refunds (unless the event is canceled), no re-entry and all sales are final. 

 

We ask that when using restrooms, buying merch or food/drinks that you maintain social distancing. No outside food or drinks (including alcohol) are allowed. 

 

In order to provide the safest and best Concert Experience, we require each participant to observe the following rules:

RULES

  • Absolutely no illicit goods, no fireworks, weapons or guns, knives or laser pointers will be allowed for any reason. 

  • Absolutely no outside alcohol and/or illegal substances will be permitted at the event or inside your vehicle and violators will be held accountable and prosecuted by state and federal law.

  • We require that you follow the current CDC guidelines in your state during this time. YOUR ENTIRE CAR MUST BRING A MASK.

  • If you are sick, have a fever, have traveled in the last 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. We encourage attending the event with others ONLY if they are in your immediate quarantine community.

  • Per contact tracing standards, NO TICKETS WILL BE TRANSFERABLE. THE TICKET HOLDER’S ID MUST MATCH NAME ON THE TICKET.  No exceptions, all others will be denied entry with no refund.

  • Your group’s driver does not need to purchase the ticket. Anyone that will be in the vehicle can purchase your group’s ticket as there will only be 1 ticket per car.

  • Tickets can be purchased online only, there will be no box office onsite. Please head to the ticketing page to purchase tickets. 

  • No refund requests, transfers, or exceptions will be granted (unless the event is canceled outright). This event is rain or shine.

  • There is NO minimum number of people per car however, there is a maximum of 8 people per car. Large-sized vehicles (6-8 people) will have to add the ‘$50 XL CAR UPCHARGE’ to their cart upon checkout. If you arrive in a large-sized vehicle and didn’t purchase a large-size car pass, you will be denied entry with no refund.

  • Drivers caught concealing other persons in their vehicle will be turned away or asked to leave without a refund. All vehicles will be searched. 

  • All drivers are required to follow all Colorado traffic laws at all times. Additionally, please follow directions from all parking attendants and raceway staff.

  • Big trucks and SUVS may be directed to the back of the lot so you do not block the screen.

  • We prohibit certain vehicles which includes but is not limited to motorcycles, ATV’s, busses, campers, Uhalls, RV’s, mobile homes, scooters, bicycles, tricycle, go-karts, or semi-trucks.

  • Absolutely NO honking, NO flashing of lights, and NO standing on your vehicle.

  • ENTRY TO THE VENUE WILL BE CUT OFF AT THE END OF THE FIRST SET AT 8:45 PM. No late entry will be permitted under ANY circumstance. Arrive early!

  • Arrival by Uber/Lyft will not be permitted and no overflow parking is available.

  • Only attendees within vehicles are allowed to attend this event. Your entire group must arrive together.

  • We suggest arriving up to an hour before the show -- parking is based on your ticket type and a first-come, first-service basis.

  • All vehicles and trailers shall park only in areas designated by PPIR or event staff. All risks of vehicles or contents damage or theft remain with vehicles’ owners, drivers, riders and passengers.

  • We encourage carpooling ONLY with people in your immediate quarantine circle.

  • You’re welcome to get out of your vehicle provided that you remain within your allotted area next to your vehicle.

  • NO WONDERING/LOITERING of any kind. We ask you leave your space ONLY to use the restroom or to get your concessions. Please help us keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you!  

  • For the safety of the guests, no recreational activities such as frisbee, baseball, or running is allowed. 

  • If you see something, say something! Pay attention to your surroundings. If you see or hear someone doing something suspicious or that makes you feel uncomfortable, reach out to an event staff member or security immediately.

  • Trash barrels are located throughout PPIR. Please assist us in keeping the facility clean by using these barrels. 

  • Masks are mandatory in line and at all times inside the venue. There are no exceptions and your entire squad MUST bring their own.

  • We strongly encourage earplugs for all attendees located towards the front.

  • Leave your space as you found it. No trash should be left behind.

  • No pets are allowed.

  • Absolutely no standing outside of the venue and gatherings outside of the venue will not be allowed and will be enforced by security. 

COVID NOTICE

Although efforts have been made to reduce or eliminate contact within the event, these efforts and social distance may not prevent virus spread. All patrons attend at their own risk. Pikes Peak International Raceway, Amplitude Presents, and associated parties assume no risk.


COVID CODE OF CONDUCT

The safety of all staff, artists, and patrons are Amplitude’s biggest priority. All patrons are required to maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from all staff members and vendors whenever possible. This includes but is not limited to security, cleaning staff, and event staff. All patrons must refrain from interacting or communicating with all staff members and vendors whenever possible.

What is The Amplitude 500?

This is a socially distanced concert that will safely take place at the Pikes Peak International Raceway while practicing social distancing and enjoying a live show with full-size stage production and a massive outdoor sound system.

 

Is The Amplitude 500 safe?

Yes! We are following all CDC guidelines as well as Colorado’s specific requirements. This is the safest way we will be able to enjoy and share our love for live music for the foreseeable future. If you’re currently sick, feel sick, or have come into contact with someone that is currently sick, we ask you to not come.

 

How does The Amplitude 500 work?

Arrive in your car at the Raceway between 3:00 PM and 8:45 PM, scan your tickets, follow staff instructions to get to your parking space, get comfortable, then we dance! NO ENTRY will be allowed after 8:45 pm. Your entire car must arrive together. No exceptions.

 

Is this a live stream?

No! This is a real socially distanced concert with festival-size production and sound system featuring live sets from ADVENTURE CLUB, BLUNTS & BLONDES, MERSIV, & BAWLDY!

Can I decorate my car?

Yes!! We highly encourage attendees to decorate their cars with lights and other fun objects.

 

Are flow toys, light up gloves, etc allowed?

Yes they are!

 

Should my group bring chairs?

We recommend bringing foldable chairs so you can relax outside your car but still enjoy the show.

 

Can I bring my big car?

The biggest car you can drive in is an 8-seater SUV. If you bring a big car, you MUST purchase an ‘XL CAR UPCHARGE’ when purchasing your ticket. If you arrive in an XL-size car with no XL Upcharge, you will be denied entry with no refund.

- RVs, limos, or other extra large-sized cars are NOT allowed. You will not be allowed to park and will be denied entry with no refund.

 

Can I buy a Front Row ticket for my big car?

No, you can not. We do not allow XL-size cars to purchase a Front Row ticket as that would block the view of other attendees.

 

Will we be searched? Will cars be searched?

Yes. For the safety of yourself, your fellow ravers, the Raceway staff, and everyone involved in The Amplitude 500 event, your car will be searched by security upon arrival. Come to enjoy the music, to have an escape from home, but most importantly to have a safe experience. Leave any and all weapons, drugs, alcohol, and bad vibes at home. They will not be permitted. 

 

How do you social distance at this concert?

Grab your quarantine crew and rage safely inside your car or the area around your car while respecting others' space. Each vehicle has a clearly defined 20 foot by 20 foot space to stay in.

 

What do I do if someone is making me feel uncomfortable or infringes on my car’s space? 

Please let one of our security team members know ASAP. Anyone that is not respecting social distancing or making other attendees feel uncomfortable will be escorted out of the event.

 

Are masks required?

Masks are MANDATORY in line and at all times inside the venue. There are no exceptions and your entire squad MUST bring their own.


Do we have to say in our cars? 

We ask that you respect the safety of others. You are permitted to get out of your car, but you are required to stay next to your car in your designated area. Feel free to get out, headbang or dance, but DO NOT interfere with any other squad's space. Loitering in the crowd, at the restrooms, or at the concession stand is strictly prohibited.

 

How spaced out are the cars?

Cars will be spaced 15 feet apart.

 

When can we arrive and what time does the concert start?

Entry for all ticket holders will begin at 5:00 PM and Bawldy kicks off the show at 7:45 PM. NO ENTRY will be allowed after 8:45 PM.

 

What happens if we have 8 friends but we don’t have an 8 person car? 

You will have to bring two separate vehicles and purchase two separate vehicle tickets. Arrive together and park next to each other. You could also consider renting a car to ride together. 

 

What kind of production will you have?

We’ve designed the biggest stage we have ever had, coupled with a massive festival-size line array sound system to provide you with a top of the line, one-of-a-kind experience.

 

So it’ll feel like a festival?

Yes. This is going to be the biggest and best event DenversDom has ever produced. Imagine attending a festival with up to 8 friends without having to be shoulder to shoulder squished in the pit.

 

How can I get tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase on Nightout.com. Tickets will not be sold in person, there will be no hard copy tickets, and the box office will not sell any tickets on the day of the show. Our goal is to minimize person to person contact as much as possible. All transactions are cashless.


Does the driver need to buy the ticket?

No, your group’s driver does not need to purchase the ticket. Anyone that will be in the vehicle can purchase your group’s ticket as there will only be 1 ticket per car. The ticket purchaser must be present and have a valid ID to match the ticket. No exceptions will be made and you will be denied entry with no refund. Your entire group must be present upon entry.


Are Colorado Springs hotels open?

Most hotels are open to the public but each hotel is different. Please call the hotel you’re looking at to check if they will be open.

 

Will it be all ages?

Yes. This event is for all ages. Individuals 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult that is 18 years of age or older. There will be no outside food or drinks (including) alcohol permitted at this event. Cars will be searched and contraband will be confiscated. 

 

Will there be alcohol?

Pikes Peak International Raceway will sell alcohol only to attendees 21 years of age or older. Drivers ARE NOT permitted to purchase alcohol and their hand’s will be marked with a giant X upon arrival to signify no alcohol sales as if they were a minor.

 

Can I bring my own drinks or snacks?

No outside food or drinks (including alcohol) are permitted. You can bring empty water bottles.

 

How are we going to listen to the music?

All sound will be transmitted through the biggest sound system Pikes Peak International Raceway has ever seen.

 

Will there be a merch booth set up? Will there be people roaming the area trying to sell official merch and glow toys, etc? 

We will be selling merchandise by the bar area! No one will be walking around selling any merchandise or other items as we’re trying to minimize person to person contact. If you see an attendee walking around and selling items, please inform a security or roam team member as soon as possible.

 

Will there be hand sanitizer stations? 

Yes. We will have stations at the restrooms.

 

Are there bathrooms?

Pikes Peak International Raceway is equipped with a men’s and women’s bathroom on site. The line will cue with 6-foot spaces in between attendees, and only 2 people will be permitted in each bathroom at a time. In addition to their facilities, we're bringing in 24 portable restrooms that will be spaced around the outer perimeter of the event. Each unit will be cleaned on a 15 minute interval by a professional cleaning service. Loitering is strictly prohibited and we ask you to please be timely when using the facilities. 

 

Will the bathrooms be cleaned?

Portable bathrooms will be cleaned on a 15-minute interval by a professional cleaning service and raceway bathrooms will be cleaned by Pikes Peak International Raceway staff.  

 

Can I come alone?

Yes! Tickets are per car, not per person.

 

Will pets be allowed? 

No pets will be allowed.

 

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable through our no refund policy. Refunds will ONLY be issued if the concert is canceled.
